1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing this website or engaging my services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. These terms apply to all visitors, prospects, and clients. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use this website or engage my services.

2. The Service

Caleb Mensah is a sole freelance content writer providing LinkedIn content writing services to lawyers and law firms. Services may include, but are not limited to:

• Writing and editing LinkedIn posts and articles
• Personal brand positioning and content strategy
• Content scheduling and publishing assistance
• Ongoing content creation retainers

The specific scope, deliverables, timeline, and pricing for each engagement will be agreed upon in writing before work commences.

3. Discovery Call

The free discovery call offered on this website is a no-obligation consultation to explore whether my services are a good fit for your needs. Booking and attending a discovery call does not constitute a service agreement or financial commitment of any kind.

4. Payment

Payment terms, rates, and schedules will be clearly outlined in the service agreement or proposal provided before any engagement begins. Work will not commence until payment terms have been agreed upon in writing.

Failure to pay invoices by the agreed due date may result in suspension of services and late fees as specified in the applicable service agreement.

5. Intellectual Property

Upon receipt of full payment for a project, ownership of the final delivered content transfers to the client. The client may publish, edit, and repurpose the content freely.

Until full payment is received, all content created remains the intellectual property of Caleb Mensah. Caleb Mensah reserves the right to reference completed work (without disclosing confidential client details) as examples of past work in portfolios or marketing materials, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

6. Client Responsibilities

To deliver quality content, clients agree to:

• Provide accurate information about their practice, expertise, and professional background
• Review and approve content in a timely manner as agreed
• Ensure that any factual claims included in the content are accurate and comply with applicable bar rules and advertising regulations

The client is solely responsible for ensuring that published content complies with their jurisdiction's rules on attorney advertising and professional conduct.

7. No Guarantee of Results

LinkedIn content performance depends on many factors outside my control, including LinkedIn's algorithm, audience behavior, industry trends, and posting frequency. While I strive to produce high-quality, strategic content, I make no guarantee of specific outcomes such as follower growth, engagement rates, lead generation, or client acquisition.

8. Confidentiality

I treat all client information as strictly confidential. I will not disclose your business details, strategies, client matters, or any other information shared during our engagement to any third party without your explicit written consent, except as required by law.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Caleb Mensah shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of services provided. In all cases, total liability shall not exceed the total fees paid for the specific project giving rise to the claim.

10. Termination

Either party may terminate an ongoing engagement with written notice as specified in the applicable service agreement. Upon termination, the client is responsible for payment of all work completed up to the termination date.

11. Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the Republic of Ghana. Any disputes arising from these terms or from services rendered shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiation between the parties.

12. Changes to These Terms

I reserve the right to update these Terms of Service at any time. The "Last updated" date at the top reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of the website or services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
